Terms of Admission & Cohort Guidelines

Guidelines governing cohort enrollment, lab attendance, capstone project evaluation, and certificate issuance at Aksah Institute of Technology.

1. Capped Cohorts & Attendance Policy

To guarantee individual code reviews and hands-on attention, every batch is capped at 18 students. Students are expected to maintain at least an 85% lab attendance rate. If a student misses a session due to illness or emergency, recorded lectures and mentor makeup office hours are coordinated.

2. Tuition & Instalment Plans

Tuition covers all course materials, cloud server credits, lab station access at our Putalisadak campus, and capstone project defense evaluation. Students opting for monthly instalment schedules must fulfill installment payments by the 10th of each calendar month.

3. Capstone Defense & Certification Criteria

Aksah does not grant certificates merely for physical attendance. To receive an accredited, verifiable Certificate of Completion:

  • The student must build and deploy an original, production-grade capstone project.
  • The project must be successfully defended in front of an external industry review panel.
  • All project code must be committed to a public or private GitHub repository demonstrating clean Git practices.

4. Code of Conduct & Professional Integrity

Students and workshop participants must maintain mutual respect across campus facilities and digital communities (Discord). Plagiarism or submitting another developer’s work as an original capstone is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate revocation of certification eligibility.
